I think there’s so much beauty in every birth story. I tread lightly with sharing mine because each one is so different & I don’t think there’s one right way to deliver a baby.

Sleep when the baby sleeps. What about cry when the baby cries? Is that a thing?

Being a mom is like undoing all the things you thought you knew about yourself and the world. So here’s to slowing down & relearning how to be still.

There are so many things to think about if you’re having a hospital birth. Especially if you’re a bit of a naturally-minded, somewhat crunchy mama!

Isn’t it funny how sometimes the things we worry about aren’t even issues in the end? Let this be a reminder, to both me and you, that God has a bigger plan.
